By booking an appointment you agree and acknowledge the following policies below

Booking

All appointments require a 50% deposit to book.
You will not be booked in until payment has been received.
Deposit is payable through invoice payment link, bank transfer or cash.
The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancelling / Rescheduling

Please give minimum 72 hours notice if you can before cancelling / rescheduling as it directly impacts the business.
Cancellations / rescheduling under 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Cancellations / rescheduling outside of the 24 hour window will not be charged.

Making Changes

If you need to make amendments to your appointment, make sure to do this up to 48 hours before the appointment. 

Changes within 48 hours may not be possible if it extends the length of the appointment

If it drastically shortens the appointment length, you may still be charged the original amount due to the time allocated being lost.

This includes changes during the appointment. (i.e. no longer wanting a service if you've booked for multiple or no longer wanting any design when booked for design)

No - show

If you do not give any notice and or do not attend your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment.
This is because each slot is completely reserved to one individual and therefore the cost cannot be substituted by other sources.

Lateness

Late arrival / start to the appointment may result in not being able to provide the full service due to loss of time.
This can mean we might have to simplify or alter the appointment however the cost of the appointment will remain the same.
In extreme cases, service can be refused completely while still requiring full payment

Age limit

The studio is for 16 years olds and above.
We do not offer services for under 16 year olds and have the right to refuse service if found to be underage.
This also includes plus ones, so please avoid bringing your children to your appointments.

Patch Test

For new clients, a patch test is required minimum 72 hours before a Brow Tint appointment.
Failure to comply with patch test requirements can lead to refusal of service and full payment of appointment.

Tolerance

Service provider has the right to refuse any service if deemed necessary (due to: time restraint, lateness, incorrect service booked, last minute changes, disrespectful behaviour, bad language, threat, mistreatment, not complying to policies, etc.)
